Help shape what online formation
can become.
We’re growing an online community where people deepen their life with God, find meaningful purpose, and belong. Come help us discover what’s next.
Deeper connection. Meaningful purpose. Genuine belonging.
FORMATION IN COMMUNITY
A real foundation.
An open future.
ReWireU brings live courses, guided pathways, shared practices, and ongoing community into a dynamic online environment. Together, we’re exploring how people separated by geography can become known to one another and grow into shared Kingdom life.
Both roles work closely with the Director of ReWireU and participate fully in the broader ReWire community. We welcome a wide range of professional and ministry backgrounds. Character, relational instincts, and a sense of calling are central.

LIFE & WORK AT REWIRE
Be part of the community
you help cultivate.
Our own formation is part of the work. These commitments are shared by both roles as well as the rest of the ReWire staff.
-
Each position has an annual fundraising goal of approximately $60,000, including compensation and ministry expenses. This is a fundraising goal, not a stated salary. Staff build and maintain a personal community of financial partners with coaching and guidance from ReWire.
Employment begins with three months focused primarily on support development, followed by a gradual transition into the role based on the percentage raised. The goal is full funding within six months. The timeframe can be adjusted for candidates with an existing donor support base.
-
As part of their full-time responsibilities, staff participate in weekly staff formation, approximately five hours each week in prayer, five hours in study, and five hours serving among people who are poor, suffering, or marginalized, along with two annual staff retreats.
-
Most work happens through Zoom, phone, email, and the ReWire Hub. Weekday hours allow flexibility for time zones, with occasional evening and weekend availability for travel, special events, and limited participation in programming. Travel expectations differ by role, as listed above.
-
ReWire offers health care benefits, 401(k) contributions, and a pathway to ordination, which may qualify eligible staff for a clergy housing allowance. Request the candidate information guide for fuller details about benefits, support development, responsibilities, and the discernment process.
