Three years ago, ReWireU was created to offer ReWire’s missional spiritual formation process to a wider online audience. Since then, over 130 people in the U.S. and Canada have participated in 20 ReWireU formation courses and workshops totaling over 35,000 individual hours of live spiritual formation for participants. In addition, ReWireU participants have committed an additional 35,000 individual hours to personal reflection and formation using course materials.

We long for community because we long for love—and the community we seek is formed as we give that love to others. When our love reveals another’s dignity and beauty, we cultivate the kind of place where our own can be revealed. Our belovedness is known as we help reveal the belovedness of others.

Our inward work, especially the work God does to bring healing and restoration to the wounded places in our souls, is how the Spirit will move us outward. It is through our pain and woundedness that we are compassionately connected to pain in others and the world.
