About ReWireU

People often find ReWireU when the familiar patterns of church activities and discipleship routines can no longer hold the depth of their spiritual longing. The disconnect becomes impossible to ignore: there has to be more than this. At ReWireU, they discover that the longing is real, they’re not alone, and there is so much more.

ReWireU is an online spiritual formation platform designed to give structure, companionship, and direction to this longing through live, community centered courses and guided pathways. Built as a central expression of ReWire’s mission, ReWireU is now emerging as a digital formation ecosystem with a proven foundation, growing momentum, and a future wide open to possibilities.

Position Overview

The ReWireU Growth & Partnerships Coordinator helps people who are longing for something more find their way to ReWireU. Working closely with the Director of ReWireU, this person expands ReWireU’s reach and public visibility in order to grow ReWireU’s subscriber base and overall participation.

ReWire understands this role as a form of sending. The ReWireU Growth & Partnerships Coordinator will carry the vision and work of ReWireU into the wider Church, building relationships with people, congregations, and organizations who are searching for deeper formation. They will listen for the longings already present, help people imagine what may be possible, and invite them into a community and path forward through ReWireU.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively create opportunities to present ReWireU to both new and existing audiences and contexts.
  • Represent ReWireU in conversations, events, podcasts, digital spaces, ministry networks, conferences and other public-facing outlets.
  • Build relationships with individuals, pastors, churches, and aligned organizations and communicate about ReWireU in an invitational way.
  • Develop individual, church, and organizational subscription opportunities and guide prospective subscribers toward enrollment.
  • Create and coordinate promotional content for social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Track contacts, inquiries, partnerships, follow-up activity, and subscription enrollments.
  • Bring new ideas and community insights into the continued development of ReWireU.

Basic Capabilities

We are open to candidates from a wide range of professional and ministry backgrounds. Character, relational instincts, and a sense of calling are central to this role, along with the following practical capabilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort representing an organization publicly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable follow through and relationship management
  • Comfort using online community, communication, and administrative tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, Mighty Networks, etc.)
  • Ability to use Canva or other graphic design software to create promotional material
  • Ability to organize multiple conversations, contacts, and opportunities

Schedule, Travel, and Remote Work

This is a remote position, with most work conducted through Zoom, phone, email, and the ReWire Hub. Candidates should expect approximately 8 to 10 travel commitments each year, including two staff retreats, two to three conferences, and visits with ministry partners. Occasional evening and weekend availability will be required for travel, special events, and limited participation in ReWireU programming. Most virtual work can be completed during regular weekday hours, with flexibility needed to connect with people across time zones.

Required Staff Formation Rhythms

ReWire staff participate in shared rhythms of formation as part of their full-time responsibilities. These include weekly staff formation, approximately five hours each week in prayer, five hours in study, and five hours serving among people who are poor, suffering, or marginalized, along with two annual staff retreats.

Support-Raised Compensation

This is a full-time, support-raised ministry position with an annual fundraising goal of approximately $60,000, including compensation and ministry expenses. The employee will build and maintain a personal community of financial partners, with coaching and guidance from ReWire. Employment begins with three months focused primarily on support development, followed by a gradual transition into the role based on the percentage raised. The goal is to reach full funding within six months.

ReWire offers health care benefits, 401k contributions, and a pathway to ordination, which may qualify eligible staff for a clergy housing allowance.

Candidates with previous support-raising experience or an existing ministry donor network are strongly encouraged to apply. The onboarding support-raising timeframe is adjustable for candidates who currently hold an existing donor support base.
