Introducing ReWireU

Fall, 2023, ReWire will be launching its online spiritual formation platform called ReWireU. After years of development, we are thrilled by the opportunity to host ReWire spiritual formation courses, discussion groups, and events virtually.

ReWireU creates accessibility that ReWire has never been able to offer before. Everything we offer through ReWireU will be facilitated live by highly trained ReWire teachers and spiritual directors - and, our private virtual formation environments offer even more connectivity between facilitators and participants than we’ve ever had before.

Our Fall ReWireU schedule begins in October. These opportunities are all open for registration, so if something looks interesting to you, don’t wait! Class sizes are limited, so register and join us in October!

Cultural Captivity:
A Pathway to Freedom

Culture influences us more than we realize. Keeping up with the Joneses, A.I., reality TV, pace of life, cars, smart phones, music, lifestyles, clothes, consumerism . . . and the list goes on. Often if we stop to think, we realize that culture has come to control our lives more than we ever remember giving it permission to. Come and explore with others how freely you make decisions and how much is determined by culture. Find out how it might feel to be truly free and what steps you might take to move toward that freedom.

Care for the Poor: Jesus’ Way of Community Transformation

Jesus is our example of the ultimate servant. He lived among us, walked with the poor, had a heart of humility, and displayed self-offering love. His servant character is what we should strive to imitate. As a community, we will explore the kind of heart change necessary to do this, as well as the practical question of how to live it out.

Life in the Kingdom: Living the Mission of God

God’s desire is that all people live a life of loving him and loving their neighbor. This kind of love works for a just, reconciled, and peaceful world where people are liberated from all forms of oppression and treated with God-given dignity. As a community, we will explore the values of the Kingdom and how to live in such a way that we sustain an “others-focused” lifestyle.
